Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

1/2 c. The Tasteful Olive mild intensity extra virgin olive oil

1/4 to 1/3 c. The Tasteful Olive Traditional dark balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 large portabello mushroom caps

Mozzarella, provolone or blue cheese

Whisk together oil and vinegar. Place mushrooms in shallow pan with gills facing up and season with salt and pepper. Fill caps with the mixture and pour remaining liquid in pan. Marinate about 20 minutes. Grill. Top with sliced mozzarella or provolone, or crumbled blue cheese. Serve on whole grain burger buns with your favorite toppings.
