Greek Pasta Salad

1 lb. short pasta such as penne, fusilli, or bowtie

1 1/2 c. The Tasteful Olive Pesto infused olive oil

1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Champagne wine vinegar 

2 t. salt

3 c. grape tomatoes, halved

1 English cucumber, diced into bite-sized pieces

8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled

4 green onions, thinly sliced

1 c. garlic stuffed green olives (available at The Tasteful Olive)

Fresh basil, for garnish

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. While the pasta is cooking whisk together the olive oil, wine vinegar, and salt in a small bowl (or shake together in an airtight container.) Place the drained pasta in a large bowl, add half of the dressing, stir, and allow the pasta to cool completely.

Add the tomatoes, cucumber, feta, green onions, and olives to the pasta, and pour the remaining dressing over it. Toss to combine and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
