Greek Pasta Salad
1 pound pasta
3 cups cherry tomatoes
1 large cucumber
8 oz feta cheese
1 cup Garlic stuffed olives from The Tasteful Olives
For the dressing:
1 ½ cup Pesto Olive oil from The Tasteful Olive
¼ cup Wine Vinegar from The Tasteful Olive (Barolo, or Champagne)
½ red onion cut small
2 tbsp salt
Fresh basil
Instruction:
Cook the pasta and set aside to cool with a little olive oil to avoid from sticking.
In a jar or salad dressing container mix in all the dressing ingredients.
Add the tomatoes, cucumber, feta, and olives to the pasta, and pour the dressing over it. Toss it all together and enjoy!
