Curry and Cilantro Veggie Stir Fry
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Roasted Sesame gourmet oil
1 c. broccoli florets
1/2 c. julienne sliced carrots
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 t. curry powder
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 c. bean sprouts
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Honey Ginger white balsamic vinegar
Heat a large saute skillet over medium high heat. Add oil and stir fry broccoli and carrots for about 1 minute. Add mushrooms and garlic and stir fry 3 more minutes. Add spices, bean sprouts and cilantro and stir fry another 2-3 minutes. Stir in the balsamic and turn off the heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
