Coconut Sesame Salmon
2-3 lb. salmon filet, cut into 6-8 oz. pieces
Salt and Pepper
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Teriyaki dark balsamic vinegar
4 T. The Tasteful Olive Coconut white Balsamic vinegar
4 T. The Tasteful Olive Toasted Sesame gourmet oil
Chopped cilantro (for garnish), if desired
Stir fry seasoning (for garnish), if desired - available at The Tasteful Olive
Place salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki vinegar, coconut vinegar, and toasted sesame oil and pour over the salmon filets. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes-2 hours. Preheat oven to 400. Bake salmon for 20 minutes, garnish with chopped cilantro and toasted sesame seeds (if desired) and serve immediately!
