Cherry BBQ Sauce
1 c. ketchup
1 c. The Tasteful Olive Cherry dark balsamic vinegar
1 cinnamon stick
2 T. brown sugar
4 T. unsalted butter
Combine the first 4 ingredients in sauce pan and simmer until slightly reduced and infused with a hint of cinnamon, with a sauce consistency. Remove from heat and whisk in the cool butter so the sauce shines. Serve on the side or toss with pulled pork.
