Bourbon Maple Old Fashioned
2 oz. bourbon of choice
1/2 to 1 oz. The Tasteful Olive bourbon maple balsamic vinegar (plus more for rimming the glass)
4 dashes bitters (angustora, orange, or cardamom suggested)
Bourbon Barrel Foods bourbon smoked sugar (for rimming the glass)
In a shallow bowl, place 1-2 tablespoons of the sugar. In a separate bowl pour 1 T. balsamic. Run the rim of the glass around the balsamic, then dip in the sugar.
In a cocktail shaker with ice combine the bourbon, 1/2 to 1 oz. of the balsamic, and bitters. Shake for 30 seconds then pour over ice in the rimmed glass and serve!
