Watermelon Mint Mojito
4 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
1/2 oz. agave
2 oz. white rum
1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1 oz. The Tasteful Olive Watermelon Mint white balsamic vinegar
Club soda or sparkling water, to top (about 2 oz.)
Garnish: lime wheel
Lightly muddle the mint with the agave in a cocktail shaker. Add the rum, lime juice, balsamic vinegar, and ice then give it a brief shake. Strain into a glass over fresh ice, top with club soda, and garnish with mint and a lime wheel.
