Peach Salsa
Ingredients: Serves:
3 medium tomatoes
2 green onions
2 medium peaches
3 T cilantro
1 jalapeno, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 mild pepper (poblano or banana), seeded
2-3 T The Tasteful Olive's Peach balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Roughly chop all ingredients, and then put in food processor and pulse to desired consistency.
