Peach Salsa
3 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
2 green onions, roughly chopped
2 medium peaches, roughly chopped
3 T. cilantro, roughly chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded and roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 mild pepper (such as poblano), seeded and roughly chopped
2-3 T. The Tasteful Olive Peach balsamic vinegar
Tortilla Chips, for serving
Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to desired consistency. Serve with tortilla chips.
