Olive Tapenade Crostini
 
1 baguette, sliced and toasted
1 jar olive tapenade (or make your own)
1 pint of cherry or grape tomatoes, cut into quarters
Basil leaves, chiffonade, to taste
2 T. your choice of The Tasteful Olive olive oil (unflavored EVOO, basil pressato, rosemary pressato or pesto infused suggested)
1 T. The Tasteful Olive Traditional dark balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
  
Spread about 1 T. olive tapenade on each baguette slice. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes with the fresh basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Top the crostini with the tomatoes.
