No Rolling Olive Oil Pie Crust

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

5 T. sugar 

1/2 t. salt

1/2 c. The Tasteful Olive mild extra virgin olive oil*

2 T. water

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Whisk flour, sugar, and salt together in a bowl. Add oil and water and stir until uniform dough forms. Using your hands, crumble three-quarters of dough over the bottom of a pie dish. Crumble remaining dough and scatter evenly around edges. Use back of a measuring cup to smooth it out, if necessary. Bake for 15-30 minutes depending on the filling you use. For pumpkin pie bake for 15 minutes and finish baking with the filling for about 45 minutes or until set.

*you can also use Orange, Lemon or Lime extra virgin olive oil to add flavor to your crust.
