Milanese Gremolata Nibbles

3 c. Cheerios cereal

3 c. Chex cereal (use a mixture of corn, wheat, and/or rice if desired)

1/2 c. The Tasteful Olive Gremolata infused olive oil

2 T. The Tasteful Olive Garlic infused olive oil

Sea Salt

Preheat the oven to 200. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, toss the cereals together. Pour the oils over the top, mixing thoroughly to coat all of the cereal. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until golden. Let cool on the pan until still warm but cool enough to handle, then transfer to a serving bowl.
