1 (16 oz.) bag coleslaw blend
Juice of ½ a lime
1 t. chili powder
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Roasted Onion infused extra virgin olive oil
3 T. The Tasteful Olive Pineapple white balsamic vinegar
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 t. sea salt
1/2 t. pepper
Chopped cilantro (for garnish)
Add the coleslaw blend to a large bowl and set aside. Whisk the lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw blend and toss to combine. Garnish with cilantro. Delicious on tacos!
