Merry Berry Salad
4 T. The Tasteful Olive Blood Orange infused olive oil
4 T. The Tasteful Olive Cranberry Pear white balsamic vinegar
1 t. sea salt
1/2 t. black pepper
10 oz. spring mix
1 medium red apple, diced
1 medium green apple, diced
1 c. shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. pumpkin seeds (can also use toasted sliced or slivered almonds)
In a container with a tight fitting lid add the olive oil, balsamic, salt, and pepper and shake to combine. Set aside. In a large bowl add the salad greens and toss with the dressing until evenly coated. Plate the greens and add the toppings (we do this so the toppings don't all sink to the bottom of the bowl.) Serve immediately.
