6-8 ice cubes 2-3 T plain or vanilla-flavored yogurt
½ C frozen berries 2/3 C almond milk (or a favorite juice)
½ of a fresh banana 2 T flax meal (optional)
handful of chopped kale
2 T The Tasteful Olive’s mild intensity EVOO or Infused Olive oil (your choice)
1 T The Tasteful Olive’s balsamic vinegar (your choice)
*Note: flaxmeal adds a grainy texture, fiber, alpha-linolenic acid
(which is the plant version of Omega 3), and antioxidants (lignans)
Place above ingredients in blender; chop, then puree. Transfer to a large glass and enjoy a delicious smoothie with added health benefits.
