Bruschetta
8 Roma tomatoes, diced or 2 c. cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
1/4 c. red onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. basil, julienne style
1/2 t. sea salt
1/4 t. black pepper
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Traditional Balsamic dark balsamic vinegar
1/4 c. The Tasteful Olive Tuscan Herb infused extra virgin olive oil
1 baguette, sliced and toasted
Combine tomatoes, red onion, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, balsamic, and olive oil in a medium bowl and marinate for 15-20 minutes. Serve tomato mixture on top of toasted baguette slices.
