Balsamic Blackberry Mule
3-4 blackberries
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. The Tasteful Olive Blackberry Ginger dark balsamic
ice
4 oz. ginger beer
mint and lime wedge for garnish
In a jar mash 3-4 blackberries with lime juice, vodka, and balsamic vinegar. Add a couple of cubes of ice, close the jar and shake it to combine.
Prepare a glass with ice, strain the mixture and pour it in the glass. Add the ginger beer and give the drink a stir. Add a few mint leaves and a lime wedge for garnish.
