Yogurt Breakfast Bowl with Granola
1 c. plain Greek yogurt (for one serving) Topping suggestions: Coconut flakes Maple Granola (adapted from giadzy.com) 5 c. rolled oats 1 1⁄2 t. sea salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl mix the oats, maple syrup, oils, salt, and walnuts. Toss well to coat evenly. Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove the tray from the oven and stir in the almonds. Bake for an additional 20 minutes stirring halfway through to brown evenly. Cool completely on the tray. Store in an airtight container for two weeks.
