Thai Inspired Bok Choy

serve it with your Asian meals as a side or add it to your stir fries 
 
Ingredients
2 bok choy heads 
1-2  tbsp roasted sesame oil
2 tbsp Spicy Green Chili olive oil
2 tbsp Honey Ginger Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Thai spices from Bazaar Spice
 
instructions
Heat up a pan or skillet and cut up the bok choy. Add some cooking oil to your pan and throw in the bok choy. Cook for a few minutes with a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally and cook until softened and slightly browned. In a small bowl or jar combine the oils, the vinegar, and the spices. Throw the mixture in the pan with the bok choy and let it cook for a couple of minutes on low heat. Serve it up with some sesame seeds.
