Teriyaki Salmon (serves 6)

3 lb. salmon filets (6-7 pieces, 6-8 oz. each)
Salt
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Teriyaki dark balsamic vinegar
2 T. The Tasteful Olive Cold Smoked infused extra virgin olive oil
2-3 T. The Tasteful Olive Stir Fry Seasoning
Preheat the oven to 400. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray or cover with
parchment paper. Lay the salmon filets on the baking sheet and season with salt. Whisk
together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil and spread over the salmon filets using a
pastry brush. Season the top of the salmon generously with the stir fry seasoning. Roast
for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
