Stir-Fry Shrimp
Ingredients: Serves: 4-6
2 lb peeled shrimp (you may also use chicken, pork or beef ... or make it a combination)
10 whole mushrooms
1 large onion
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
A "pepper" sauce
KOROSAFFLO high-heat blended oil from The Tasteful Olive
Rice, cooked, for about 4-6 people
Directions:
Chop or sliver mushrooms, peppers and onion and saute with shrimp in the Korosafflo oil. Add about 3 T Pepper Sauce and stir for about 2 minutes.
Serve over just-cooked rice.
