Smoky, Spicy, Sweet: Pineapple Kentuckyaki Sauce & Marinade

Ingredients:                                   Serves:

2 C Kentuckyaki Sauce by Bourbon Barrel Foods (available at The Tasteful Olive)

1 C The Tasteful Olive’s Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar

½ C the Tasteful Olive’s Harissa Olive Oil

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together in a large bowl.  Adjust balsamic and olive oil to your taste preferences, if needed.

        Suggested Uses:

Marinade: for brisket, pork loin, chicken or steaks.

Pulled Pork: Place marinade in crockpot with 1 lb. pork loin.  Cover and heat on low for 4 hrs.  Pull apart and serve over grilled buns.  Use remaining sauce for drizzling.

Dipping Sauce: for grilled meats or Asian dumplings.  Drizzle over sandwiches!

Asian Noodle Sauce: Reduce down over medium heat and add ¼ C peanut butter to create a delicious Asian Noodle Sauce (using flat rice noodles for best flavor)
