Herbs de Provence Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 T The Tasteful Olive’s Gala Apple balsamic vinegar
2 T The Tasteful Olive’s Herbs de Provence olive oil
½ - 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Goat cheese or Gorgonzola crumbles
Optional toppings: dried cherries or cranberries, pecans, tomatoes, red onion
Arugula greens & mixed greens (chard, kale, spinach)
Salt and pepper to taste
Place vinegar & oil in bowl and whisk until emulsified. Add salt and pepper. Toss with greens and add goat cheese cheese crumbles and other toppings as desired on top. Serves approximately 2-4.
