1 C diced, bite sized cantaloupe melon
1 C halved baby heirloom tomatoes
1-2 oz prosciutto cut into slivers
3 T The Tasteful Olive’s Basil olive oil
3 T The Tasteful Olive’s Cranberry Pear balsamic vinegar
In your serving bowl, whisk the balsamic vinegar and olive oil together. Add in the melon, heirloom tomatoes and prosciutto. Toss until evenly coated. Serve cold.
