½ C The Tasteful Olive’s mild intensity olive oil

¼ - 1/3 C The Tasteful Olive’s Traditional balsamic vinegar

2 large portabello mushroom caps

Mozzarella, provolone or blue cheese

  

Whisk together oil and vinegar. Place mushrooms in shallow pan with gills facing up. Fill caps with the mixture and pour remaining liquid in pan. Marinate about 20 minutes. Grill. Top with sliced mozzarella or provolone, or crumbled blue cheese. Serve on whole grain burger buns.
