½ cup The Tasteful Olive’s mild Extra Virgin olive oil
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp The Tasteful Olive’s Coffee Flavored Balsamic
½ cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup flour
½ Flatcup Coffee Bar – sold at The Tasteful Olive
Optional: Chocolate chips to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x9 inch baking pan.
Mix in together the olive oil, sugars, and coffee balsamic.
Add the eggs, mix well by hand or using a hand mixer. Fold in the flour and cocoa powder.
On the side, cut the coffee bar into small chunks. Throw in the coffee bar chunks and chocolate chips and pour the mixture into the pan.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the brownies start to pull away from the side, the center will still be gooey.
