Curry & Cilantro Veggie Stir Fry
2 T Roasted Sesame Oil from Japan (from The Tasteful Olive)
1 C broccoli florets
½ C julienne sliced carrots
1 C sliced mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ tsp curry powder
Kosher Salt & Pepper to taste (freshly milled pepper may be used)
1 C bean sprouts
¼ C cilantro, torn or chopped
2 T Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar from The Tasteful Olive
Heat a large saute skillet over medium high heat. Add Roasted Sesame Oil and stir fry broccoli and carrots for about 1 minute. Add mushrooms and garlic and stir fry 3 more minutes. Add spices, bean sprouts and cilantro. Stir fry another 2-3 minutes. Add Honey Ginger balsamic and turn off heat … then just blend this into the vegetables. Serve with your favorite stir-fried meat entrée and Asian Noodles. Makes about 4 side dish portions.
