¼ cup Tasteful Olive unrefined coconut oil (may need to heat to soften)

1/3 cup Tasteful Olive coconut palm sugar

¾ cup unbleached organic flour

¾ tsp Tasteful Olive Vain Vanilla extract

¼ tsp Tasteful Olive Himalayan sea salt

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

Mix into a dough. With small teaspoon scoop dough and make tiny balls. Store in fridge, as coconut melts at 70 degrees. May add chopped nuts, coconut shreds, chia seeds in place of part of choc.chips.

 

Health up Recipe:

~Substitute gluten-free flour one to one for gluten-free cookie balls.

~Another gluten-free and Paleo substitution for flour is ½ cup almond or coconut flour with ¼ c potato starch

~Use dairy-free mini chocolate chips that are 70% cacao or chop up half of a Tasteful Olive HU choc.bar

~Use ½ cup sprouted whole wheat flour and ¼ cup potato starch in place of white flour.
