15-20 Brussel Sprouts (cleaned and cut in half)
4 oz Chorizo, diced
3 T The Tasteful Olive’s Chipotle olive oil
1 tsp Paprika
½ tsp Tasteful Olive Himalayan sea salt
½ tsp Pepper
In small pot, steam Brussel Sprouts for 8 min. or until they begin to soften slightly. While steaming, sauté Chorizo in dry pan at medium heat to render out fat and crisp the Chorizo. After steamed, add Brussel Sprouts to Chorizo (cut side down) and the olive oil. Turn heat to med. high and saute 5 min. or until sprouts begin to brown on bottom. Dust with paprika, salt and pepper and serve immediately. Drizzle with the oil and Chorizo from the pan.
