Blood Orange & Raspberry Vinaigrette

1 T The Tasteful Olive’s Raspberry balsamic vinegar

2 T The Tasteful Olive’s Orange olive oil

½ - 1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Hard parmesan cheese

½ - 1 tsp honey

Arugula greens

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Place vinegar, mustard and honey in bowl. Gradually drizzle olive oil on mixture while whisking until emulsified. Add salt and pepper. Toss with greens and add shaved Parmesan cheese on top.
