¼ c The Tasteful Olive’s Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
¼ c The Tasteful Olive’s Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
1 tsp The Tasteful Olive’s Himalayan Pink Sea Salt (fine grind)
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
¼ c Blue Cheese crumbles
Whisk together all ingredients. Best served over a spring salad mix with dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, green onions, diced red peppers and chopped hard boiled egg.
