The flavors are primarily bitter, in harmony with its intense fruitiness and pungency. The flavors predominantly include early harvested green fruit with vivid herbaceousness, green tea, green banana, olive leaf, and nettle flavors. The clean, pleasant herbal character finishes in layers like a fine-tanin red wine.
